WHERE IS TOP HERITAGE
Österlen is the Scandinavian mixture of The Hamptons, Toscany and Provence. This is where grapes and apples grow on hills along beaches by the sea.
The geographic catchment area represents more than 20 million people within a radius of 350 km. The Öresund region is the strongest growth hub in the Nordic with home for over 4 million inhabitants. Significant Swedish regions, parts of Norway, as well as Denmark, Berlin, Hamburg, Szczecin and their surrounding areas together represent more than 16 million individuals.
Air, sea and road connections to the location are excellent, and accommodation options are virtually unlimited.

"La Dolce Vita" - No other place in the Nordic region brings together more artists and celebrities with a love for nature and beauty. There are 3000 years old remnants from the bronze age that is as majestic as they are mysterious. There are castles, palaces, and farmsteads surrounded by fertile land rolling across gentle hills.
On these very roads, the first Grand Prix was held already in 1927 for cars and motorbikes. It paved the way for the legendary World Championship Swedish Grands Prix of 1955, 1956 and 1957 – a golden era of motorsport that drew the world’s greatest drivers to Nordic soil. Fangio, Moss, Bonnier and Caracciola - who also lived in the area together with his swedish wife Alice.
