The villa comprises two separate double rooms of approximately 25 square metres, each appointed with a private bathroom. A discreet kitchenette is available in the hallway. This distinguished residence spans approximately 800 square metres across two floors and dates back to the latter half of the 19th century. It has been carefully renovated to a refined contemporary standard, while preserving its original character.

The ground floor comprises two apartment suites, each featuring an impressive ceiling height of 3.1 metres, elegant tiled stoves, and generously proportioned living spaces. Each apartment includes two separate double rooms, a private entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and its own patio.

The slightly larger suite also features a fully appointed entrance hall, as well as a dedicated laundry room. Ample space allows for additional beds where required.
